• Who Can Attend?

This pre-conference workshop is completely free of cost and is open to selected participants based on their registration preferences. During the conference registration process, attendees were given the option to express their interest in this workshop. Participants have been chosen based on a first-come, first-served or preference-based selection process.

• Participant Limit

Due to space and resource constraints, we can accommodate a maximum of 45 to 50 participants. If you are interested, register as soon as possible to secure your spot. Once the limit is reached, registrations will be closed.

 

• Registration Process

• Selection is based on the preferences provided in the conference registration form.

• Participants are chosen on a first-register, first-serve basis.

• If selected, you will receive a confirmation email with further details.

🔹 Lunch Provision: Lunch will not be provided as part of the workshop. However, if participants prefer, we can arrange lunch on a payment basis. Please indicate your preference during registration.
